In order to change your status please send
an Email to the Security Administrator indicating that you
wish to enter Health information.

Please take a
moment to read the following to understand what is
considered a Health Participant........
Following PWDCA
guidelines for health testing does not make you or your dog
a participant in the database.
Ratings for your
dog may "passively" be provided to and appear in the
database in GREEN
from open registries such as OFA, CERF/ECR, GM1 and
Optigen. This does not, however, make you or your dog an
"active" participant in the database.
To be an "active"
participant in the database you must enter the health
information for your dog even if it is already present from
the Open Registries. In making the entries you will
see other health areas listed and be able to see if anything
other than OFA, CERF/ECR, GM1 and Optigen ratings should be
entered about your dog. The health information for
your dog will then appear in BLUE.
You even have the
opportunity to enter brief comments about your dog's
health at the bottom of the Health Update Page.
